A massive data leak at FreedomMobile, Canada's fourth largest mobile service provider is just another in a long streak of leaks and breaches. The leak was discovered by two security researchers Noam Rotem and Ran Locar, when they discovered a leak from an Elasticsearch server, a leak that was exposing the data of over 5 million customers.
On top of this, none of the data was encrypted, henceforth adding to the long list of breaches and leaks that were due to faults in even basic security measures.

That was the news folks, have a good week, and stay safe out there.
