A man from North Carolina, by the name of Bishap Mittal, has pleaded guilty to running a scam site and defrauding dozens of US citizens over four years, for 3 million dollars. According to court documents, he and an unnamed accomplice had set up a fake website for a shell company, from which they operated multiple other sites and operations.
Mr. Mittal was charged on March 12th, and pleaded guilty within a week of his arrest, on March 20th.
