                   Saleforce was forced to shutdown a large piece of its infrastructure when a bad database script altered permissions for employees, giving them read and write permissions. This effectively allowed any potentially malicious employees to alter customer data. 

         The company has taken to social media in an effort to temper any flames being fanned by their customers, but this where that customer base has taken to roasting them in regards to the outage. 

         The company stated their concern for the data of their customer base, and is making efforts to mediate the situation.
