A former officer of the US Central Intelligence Agency, was sentenced in a Federal Grand Jury, and found guilty of aiding the intelligence arm of a foreign country, attempting to and also delivering classified government documents to a foreign country, and falsifying statements.
The officer himself, Kevin Patrick Mallory, aged 62, was sentenced by Senior District Judge, TS Ellis III and faces 20 years in prison.
