A popular DDOS for hire service was recently taken down by police as apart of a joint effort between the US, UK, and the Netherlands. The site administrators, who were from Hong Kong and Australia, have been arrested. This was apart of "Operation PowerOff", targeting WebStresser.org. A milestone was reached when on April 3rd, a 19 year old Serbian had posted on Facebook about his role in programming WebStresser. This was a day before the site was taken down.
