Telegram DDoSed Amid Hong Kong Protests: Source was China. - Mad-Architect - 06-13-2019                Amid the mass protests in Hong Kong, as millions flood the streets to protest against a new Extradition bill, and have been met with a harsh response from local law enforcement.         Telegram is an encrypted messaging service, and was just recently hit with a massive DDoS attack. It has been reported that protesters have been using Telegram to coordinate with each other, as well as evade surveillance.
