This actually kind of weird as if it is your first time of seeing this you will basically say I have been hacked. But anyway the answer is no and you are not hacked yet . This is a new feature announced on Android which keep your screen light as long as your looking at your phone. Smart Stay: it scans your face for movement using your front tablet or phone camera. Its purpose is to keep the device screen active even when you are not interacting with it. This feature actually you find them just on Galaxy Android Phones. IF you want to enable this feature: In Settings, choose Advanced Features. In this window, you can select Smart Stay and turn it ON from Off!
