China and Russia have officially announced that they will be banning VPNs.

This is a rule that doesn't affect anything that the goverment doing.
I mean come on they think someone who is breaking the law won't get a VPNs despite it? That is like telling a robber plz don't rob me. They have ways of getting the majority of VPNs to be shut down but they cannot get them all. Besides we have tor and proxies still.
And it isn't like I am doing anything illegal. I just belive in internet privacy.
