To encounter the issue (not fully tested)
Log in
Be inactive for 2-3 hours
Click on any link related to red security
On the image, you can see red boxes, and by clicking on the red boxes when you got that banned page will lead back to the banned page.
To get back to red security normally:
Use private mode in your browser.
Or try clearing cookies (untested)
